Amy Grindrod is the company founder of AG Digital Company. As a consulting firm, we specialize in business, fractional and strategy consulting. She and her team have a wealth of professional experiences in marketing and communications, strategic management, business management, and technology.
As a business professional coming from creative and tech backgrounds, her career started in communications when she was promoted from a previous position to director at a nonprofit organization. Ever since, she has served in various director roles in San Diego, Orange County, San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles.
Additionally, in 2022 she is appointed and currently serving on University of California Riverside’s advisory board as Program Advisor for Design Thinking program for executives. From 2017 to 2019, she was appointed as a Co-Chair of Deaf Business Advocates section under NAD. Then in 2024 she also joined Deaf Chambers Roundtable core team with a goal to support the formation of regional or state deaf chambers of commerce.
She makes a difference by giving back to community especially girls and women in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and entrepreneurship by supporting Wonder Women Tech organization and other similar organizations.
She earned a BA from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from Western Governors University.
